Privacy Policy
Effective 5 August 2026 · Website only
This policy at a glance
expoh24.com is a static, informational website. It collects no personal data, sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party content and contains no forms. The only personal data we ever receive in connection with this website is what you choose to send us by email — and we use it solely to answer you.
Scope
This policy covers the website expoh24.com only. The EXPO H24 mobile app is a separate product and will be governed by its own privacy policy (see the dedicated section below).
Controller
The controller responsible for this website is EXPO Made in World Sagl, Via alla Campagna 4, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland — registered in the commercial register of Canton Ticino, UID CHE-310.746.054. For every question about this policy or about your data, write to assist@expoh24.com.
What this website collects: nothing
This website is a set of static pages served entirely from our own domain. It sets no cookies and does not track or fingerprint you; it runs no analytics or audience measurement of any kind; it embeds no third-party fonts, scripts, images or other remote content; and it contains no forms and no user accounts.
One practical note about a setting that stays on your device and nowhere else: if you use the light/dark switch in the header, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage as a plain display preference. It contains no identifier, is never read by us, and never leaves your device; clearing your browser data removes it.
Visiting this website therefore does not, by itself, transmit any personal data to us. We could not single you out among the visitors of this site even if we wanted to.
Hosting, server logs and security
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as our hosting and content-delivery provider. Like any provider of web infrastructure, Cloudflare processes technical connection data — such as your IP address, browser user-agent, the pages requested and their timestamps — in short-lived connection and security logs, in order to deliver the site, keep it available and defend it against attacks and abuse. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing this website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare operates a global network, so such technical data may be processed outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by recognised safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Cloudflare’s certification under the EU–U.S. and Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details are in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not maintain our own copies of these logs.
If you email us
Writing to info@expoh24.com or assist@expoh24.com is entirely your choice — and it is the only way this website ever leads to us processing your personal data. When you write, we process the data your message contains (your email address, your name if you sign with it, and the content itself) solely to handle your enquiry and whatever follow-up it requires.
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, where your enquiry aims at one) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us).
We keep correspondence only as long as the enquiry and its context require, and delete it afterwards — unless a statutory retention obligation, for example under Swiss commercial-records law, requires us to keep it longer. We never use your address for marketing, never add you to any mailing list, and never share your correspondence with third parties unless the law obliges us to.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run advertising on this website. We do not profile visitors, and we make no automated decisions about anyone. If any of this were ever to change for this website — we have no such plans — this policy would change first, and visibly.
Your rights
If and to the extent the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it rectified (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) gives you corresponding rights of access, rectification and deletion towards us as a Swiss company; the competent Swiss authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
To exercise any of these rights, email assist@expoh24.com. We answer without undue delay and at the latest within one month. Because this website collects no personal data, such requests will in practice concern email correspondence or, once it launches, the mobile app.
The EXPO H24 mobile app
The EXPO H24 mobile app is a separate product with its own, dedicated privacy policy. That policy will be published together with the app — inside the app and on its app-store listings — and will be linked from this page from the day the app is available. Until then, no app exists, no app data is collected, and this website policy is the only privacy statement of EXPO H24.
Changes to this policy
If this website’s behaviour ever changes — for instance, if a contact form or any measurement tool were introduced — we will update this policy before the change goes live and set a new effective date at the top of this page.
